What are the fees you are charging for the agency account ?

We are in a partnership with one main agency who is meta partner since 2013, working with the biggest affiliate in the industry.

This partners offers agency account with 2 types of paiements methods

- Card account : attach your own Debit/Credit or AMEX card to the account to pay your ads.
- Prepayment : Send your money in advance to top up your agency account

The fees are usually from 4% to 7% of the spend according to your spend and the verticales you are promoting (white hat, greyhat)

What are the paiements methods available to run my ads ? How fast can I top up ?

Paiement method will depend on the option you will chose but mainly it would be
- Card (if you choose this paiement method)
- International wire
- Payoneer
- Wise

The account can be topped up on proof of paiement after few weeks/ month of trusted transactions.

Can you refund my balance if I want to stop using your service ?

We can proceed to the refund of your balance if you decide to stop.

Processing time is usually 1 week.

What is the maximum daily budget I can spend on the agency account ?

Card account comes with 5k/day spend limit which can be increased once we request to our rep.

Pre paid account comes with unlimited ad spent.

Where are the account coming from ?

Our partner is based in INDIA with an entity in DUBAI.

What happen if my account is restricted ? Will I loose the balance ?

If the ad account is restricted, we will firstly appeal internally to get it back.

IF for some reason it stays banned, we would transfer the balance to an other ad account.

As long as you spend on the agency account we are providing, we can provide big quantity of ad account. It will be delivered progressively.

What happen if my ads are getting rejected ?

If you have rejected ads, you can first appeal for them, then if it’s not back please let us know. We are able to provide an insider service to manually reactivate your ads.
